Every time we have been to AJ's we have been more than satisfied. The portions are usually too big for us to finish and there are gluten friendly options available for many items. The deviled eggs are a nice and interesting touch.
Tonight we went to AJ Lager House for dinner. The food was good (Fish&Chips and the Southwest Bowl). But it took a long time to get our food and the service was very poor. I think there were only 2 or 3 servers but they looked overwhelmed. We were not even offered refills. Hope they turn this around, otherwise they will probably not make it.
I just did carry out at AJ's. Ordered the Fish and Chips and it was very good, right up there with Archie's. Nice clean, modern decor and the server that took my order was very pleasant and professional. Definetly will be going back.
