Service is terrible. It can take several minutes to get counter seriviceeven when there are no other customers. Employees don't care. Drink machine usually out of popular beverages.
I went through the drive-through at lunch and got two orders of the most awful cold and unattractive terrible french fries. My advice to you guys should be to serve your fries fresh, or you will lose business.
