Chef Nico, who came with his Wife, Carine (Carine + Nicolas = Cani), and children to America from Bordeaux, France, is an inventive creative chef, or so it says on the Chez Cani website. If Nico wants to continue to portray this image, however, then his restaurant should NOT have an open kitchen.
