Foxtail Coffee Co & Kelly's Ice Cream - Viera is a sweet little coffee shop with a cute atmosphere. It offers great coffee, including a delicious cappuccino and one of the best matcha around, as well as a great shot of espresso, London Fog tea, tasty bagels, and good ice cream. It is open later, which is convenient, and is reasonably priced. The service is often described as excellent, with sweet, friendly, and attentive staff providing perfect service and spot-on food recommendations.
However, the location is frequently and chronically understaffed, often with only one or two employees working to handle the drive-through, cafe, and ice cream service all day. This leads to consistently long waits, orders being made out of sequence, and occasional mistakes with drinks that are difficult to get fixed due to the overwhelmed staff. While the coffee and atmosphere are enjoyed, these logistical issues are a consistent point of disappointment for customers.
