Friendly staff, when they can finally get to you. Only one person there working the drive thru and store. On 2 separate visits same. One time it took about 20 min to get our drinks. I just wanted a coffee. Hire a second person. Seems to be their business model because same deal at the US1 location. Lucky Goat has at least 2 during weekdays and now I go there. Minimal wait.
Not sure what others are complaining about but the service was amazing and the coffee is amazing!!!
Overall good experience, cappuccino was very good and hot. The iced Chai Latte was made hot not iced but it was very good. Nice location and it was clean. Good service.

Foxtail Coffee Co & Kelly's Ice Cream - Viera is a sweet little coffee shop with a cute atmosphere. It offers great coffee, including a delicious cappuccino and one of the best matcha around, as well as a great shot of espresso, London Fog tea, tasty bagels, and good ice cream. It is open later, which is convenient, and is reasonably priced. The service is often described as excellent, with sweet, friendly, and attentive staff providing perfect service and spot-on food recommendations.
However, the location is frequently and chronically understaffed, often with only one or two employees working to handle the drive-through, cafe, and ice cream service all day. This leads to consistently long waits, orders being made out of sequence, and occasional mistakes with drinks that are difficult to get fixed due to the overwhelmed staff. While the coffee and atmosphere are enjoyed, these logistical issues are a consistent point of disappointment for customers.
