Delicious, Authentic
A buddy promised this sushi restaurant had the freshest fish in town so I finally gave it a shot and the salmon sashimi was buttery cold and sliced thick the spicy tuna roll had a nice kick and the tempura crunch roll was crispy without bein greasy. The chef was super freindly and even slid us a free piece of tamago while we waited and the staff kept my green tea full without me askin. The rice was seasoned just right not mushy at all and the wasabi had a real fresh bite to it....read full review
Writing a review because David Potter is spreading misinformation. Escolar is a common fish served and eaten by many... it's actually really good. Y'all need to stop using AI it's ruining your critical thinking!!!!!! Sorry you folks have to deal with such stupidity.
