“Unfortunately I just had knee surgery yesterday and I was unable to go to Papa John's myself but I end up calling because I did not receive my points and I spoke with Eric and Eric was fantastic he understood that I was in pain and I was a bit frustrated because I did not receive my points and he helped me throughout the whole process on redeeming my points I honestly think he's underpaid and they should raise his pay because his customer service is outstanding thank you again Eric“
