It has since grown to 123 locations in four states, three of them in the Melbourne area. In addition to their quick casual food, they have a large assortment of fun hot sauces of varying intensities you can sample at the hot sauce bar. Find one you can’t live without? If you are tired of burgers and want some exciting great tasting food, I’d advise you to try the following: Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl with well-seasoned sauteed shrimp, cilantro lime rice (cooked correctly), black beans, poblano peppers and onions, corn salsa, garlic lime sauce, guac, queso fresco, cilantro cabbage and pickled red onions. A truly delightful offering. Cheesy Steak Flautas, two lightly fried tortillas with marinated steak, fajita pepper and onions, garlic lime sauce and cheese. “Love this food truck! We use to go across the street and they’re good too, but you can’t beat the flavor here!!! Their house made salsas are delicious as well! I get the burrito, add chicken, my husband gets the tacos , Birria tacos are good too, tamales! Everything is always hot and fresh and it’s run by really nice people!
