“I want to take a moment to recognize Tori, the manager at KFC, for his incredible customer service. A couple of months ago, I ordered a family meal, but it was a very busy day, and there was a small mistake—they accidentally shorted me 4 pieces. When I called to let them know, Tori was extremely understanding and apologetic. He took down my name and assured me they’d make it right next time.

Yesterday, I went back to get another family meal, planning to just add the missing pieces from last time. Tori went above and beyond—he not only remembered the situation but insisted on giving me the entire meal for free as a way to make things right. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication to great service truly stood out. Thank you, Tori, for turning a small mistake into an experience that showed how much you care about your customers.“

“I am always pleased with the food I receive at the Merritt Island Popeyes I've never had an issue except for when they gave me bone-in rather than boneless. But even then I was not unhappy because they let me keep both bone in and what I originally ordered. So I got twice the food for half the price. They corrected their mistake without any problems and apologize appropriately and let me keep what they gave me on accident!!“

“This is my third time at this place and I am obsessed!! The staff is always friendly and helpful! I didn’t catch her name but I ran into the owner/manager who says she makes all the chicken salad herself and I asked her what she recommended and she described what each one tasted like, the Barbie-Q one is my favorite she was also so friendly and helpful!! The food is amazing here and everything always tastes so fresh!! Literally one of my favorite places ever!!“

“The coldest beer, cheapest cigs, and an enormous supply of dried herbs, powders, and potions. That, combined with every shape, size, and ability to smoke anything imaginable leaves me saying. Yea mon ,let's smoke da ganja! Let's get baked, oops. I mean busy Brevard. Let's get real buzzy Mon. We need more weed..uumm umm more like this shop one in Brevard.“
