I've always had positive experiences when ordering from Jimmy Johns. I order online, or through the app, and by the time I get there, my order is ready for pick-up. The food is fresh and I like the sides options.
When an order is placed online for delivery at a specific time the customer wants it at that time for a reason my order arrived a half hour before the time I asked for it to be delivered and sat until my lunch because the employees don't know how to read
Great experience! The sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I ordered them. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and my order was ready quickly. If you’re looking for a fast meal with great customer service, I definitely recommend Jimmy John’s. I’ll be coming back!
