“This is definitely a dive bar. If that is your scene then this is the place for you. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and boy was it crispy. I had to send the first one back as it tasted burnt. My husband had the sloppy Jose sandwich which he too did not care for. The fish tanks were cool to look at.“

Ismail’s bartending skills and his geniune personality made us feel like we’re spending time at home. The vibe ranges from chill and relaxed to lively and fun, depending on the night, but no matter what, you're sure to have a lovely time here. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the bartenders, Sarinya is often working when I'm there, and she consistently provides wonderful cocktails and service. I've even overheard her helping hotel guests plan out their Miami weekends. The hospitality here is just unmatched, and it's wonderful place to enjoy a classy evening even if you're not staying in the hotel.“

She was exceptionally professional, caring, and attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

The cafe has the best truffle popcorn snack I have ever had in my life! Jailyn also went above and beyond by surprising us with thoughtful touches for our kids, which truly made us feel cared for as a family.
