We visited Oro for the Valentine's Day dinner expecting a special culinary experience, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. The overall food quality was just acceptable, and we have experienced much better service and flavors at other restaurants. The service and food is always exemplary. The cocktails and desserts were works of art. The staff look clean crisp and friendly.

Food was great, portions large, and the service, in particular, was impeccable. If possible, request MARTÍN as your waiter! He's absolutely brilliant, incredible knowledgable about the menu and wines. One of the best waiters I've ever met!
