I love the athmosphere and food - i have been going to Mr. Chow in NewYork since the eighties .. love the vibe
The food and service were exceptional. The serving sizes were a little small, but very good. My biggest complaint was that they blasted the music throughout our entire dinner and the later it got the louder was. For such an elegant setting, they should not have had crazy music playing.  I could not speak to my dinner companions. It was like they wanted us to eat and leave. 
The food was delicious. Loved the squid ink pasta. Didn't like the dan dan mian. Noodles were overcooked. Soup dumplings were good. The salt and pepper shrimp dough was too heavy but tasted good.
