AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! They treated us like filth. They physically assaulted my friend when she was trying to look at their merch to buy. I asked for water and they took me to the back of the store to the kitchen sink that was filled with dirty dishes. This was all after we had $50 for food and drinks. Insanely rude.

I got a classic acai bowl here and added extra granola.. why was a small sample cup of granola $2?? They should be giving that for free since a small acai bowl is 14$ and they include tip in your food. If you are automatically adding service fee to the bill even when you are ordering takeout, I expect the service to be fast, efficient, and friendly. However, it was none of those and it was extremely slow. The acai bowl itself was mediocre. It was nothing special and seemed like something you can make at home. Seems like a tourist trap to me..

Used to be my favorite place. Now, not so much.Avocado toast didn't even have fresh Avocado. It seemed like they rolled on down to Costco and bought ready-made. There was no chunks of avocado no creamy smooth avocado. It was salty and it seemed like it was mixed out with something else that made it kind of watery.Smoothy was okay, but for the prices they charge I should have been completely wowed. Nope

Their detox shots such as Flu Shot, Ginger, Ginger Lime and other variety are extremely helpful when you're sick; and their juices plus smoothies are quite delicious!Street parking by PayMobile (yes I know $4), service is always on point at this location, super clean establishment.One thing I wish was if they would accept cash; Credit Card only! I went to this Washington location last night around the closing time, to be a little more specific after 8:45PM. I had gone to get a coffee to go with my chocolate croissant that I got at one of your other locations earlier. Everything was perfect, i know they were about to close and when I ask for a coffee they (Ale & Guada) tell me they are not serving more coffee. Not even a black americano. And when I ask why they tell me because after 8:45 the machine gets cleaned and no more coffees are served. I was very excited to find this place on tik tok and try it out. Unfortunately I was never offered another option but to walk away empty handed without my coffee.
