Starbucks in Miami Beach

“Excellent service, very good treatment from Sofía, the cappuccino delicious and the egg bites very tasty too, the location is very good, they have many tables available inside and outside and with parking in the back paying with the app I recommend 💯“

“This Starbucks is in the perfect spot, just steps away from the beach, ideal for grabbing a coffee before or after some sun and sand. I’ve been to this location several times, and it’s always buzzing with customers, whether it’s morning or afternoon. Despite the crowd, the staff manage to keep things running smoothly, and the service is consistently great.“

“Absoluetely love this Starbucks.. for locals like myself, It's our little sanctuary here in Miami beach. Walkable and so many locals come here to work, have meetings and chill while enjoying our brews. I notice there have been alot of changes to staff lately but one of the things I LOVE most about this location is how some of the baristas have literally become like family: greeting you when you walk in, remembering your drink order and doing their best to always do it right, with a smile and warm approach, and if they get it wrong their is no hesitation to remake it. I want give a special thank you to Angie, Rosy, David, Enrique, Luciano and Siaia who are wonderful and so very pleasant over the more than 7 years I've been coming here, since the store opened.

On the other hand, I have encountered a few new baristas, Andrea in particular, who maybe doesnt have that same level of hospitality and on more than one occasion has been rude and snappy with both me and other patrons getting their drinks. This I've witnessed personally.

Though I completely understand things can get hectic, customers may be grumpy, lines can be long, etc.. I do hope that Starbucks takes into account that one bad apple can deter customers from coming back to the store.“

From the moment you walk in, his energy is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. With such exceptional hospitality, he definitely deserves a raise. Great job, Nikola!“

“I live across the street from this Starbucks. Luv it. I can't seem to access the free internet last time. I'm not sure why or what the wifi and password is my phone usually picks it up in not sure why I couldn't but I luv this Starbucks. Great staff. Next door neighbors lol“

“They’re located on the second floor of Target superstore and one of the perks is that they open up before Target is opened.

I came here to buy my morning coffee and of course Been There Series mugs. They have a good selection of mugs and water bottles and the staff are very friendly.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks location several times before I did my Publix shopping just to get my energy going. It is one of the larger stores with plenty of seating. I usually get an Iced Mocha,
and they make a good one. The service has always been friendly here. This last time I bought an orchid plant for a friend's birthday. The parking is easy as it is,attached to the building, and is free.“

“Dear stranger who took my coffee order, today. Thank you for doing the unusual thing. The usual thing is having people disregard me and rudely interrupt my order to ask a question, with no "excuse me," or "sorry." The usual thing is having clerks indulge them and leave me standing there twiddling my thumbs, while they finish satisfying "the real" customer. But you did the unusual thing. You turned to the interrupter, politely said, "Just a moment," then turned back to me and finished taking my order. You then answered the interupter's question, turned back to me and said with a sweet smile, "I don't like when people do that."

In a world filled with rude, self-absorbed and bigoted people (yes, I've watched people sizing me up to see if I deserve the common courtesy they might otherwise give someone who looked like me), your small, common sense gesture gave me a sense of normalcy and made me feel human.

“Positive polite and conscientious employees always consistently get my coffee right all the time if we could duplicate this in all Starbucks in Miami would be nice smile and name recognition is also important which is well practiced at this particular location“
