SuViche – Sushi and Ceviche

Japanese Peruvian fusion with incredible flavor. Pretty good prices too. Would absolutely come again. Recommend the roll with yuzu in the name; recommend agains the butcher roll. Great happy hour.

I can't even begin to explain the symphony of eclectic yet harmonious flavors I experienced at this dining establishment.
It's difficult not to swear when describing how much I loved this spot so you will have to use your imagination; this place is so #$!@*/? Good!
The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and very fun to interact with. The food was, as I said, on a level that most likely rivals the halls of valhalla. Most importantly, the experience as a whole was classically fun and comfortable.
If you want to impress a date or a potential business partner, this is your ace in the hole when it comes to dinner spots.

I need you to understand something: this is the best food I have ever had in my life. Full stop. When I go home to Denver, I will spend every day of my natural life thinking wistfully about this restaurant. I would book another ticket to Miami just to eat here and then fly home. I cannot overstate the ways in which this meal has changed my life. I will never be the same.

SuViche is a fun and casual spot. Their sushi rolls are fresh and delicious, and the menu has lots of tasty options like ceviche and lomo saltado. Definitely one of my favorite places for sushi in Miami!
