SuViche – Sushi and Ceviche

More than 30' waiting for a takeout order. A shame. Not even an apology. I took the order cold. Shameful

Great food! Terrible service at this location. Big fan of SuViche and their food, however , this location does not match the atmosphere and service as Wynwood
,Miami location. For creating a chain restaurant , I think it’s important to keep the same vibes for customer expectations. My main dish came minutes after ordering (before my appetizer). I finished eating and my partner still hadn’t gotten any of their food. Stuck between waiting for theirs but eating cold food or eating as they watch. I will say that all the food is DELICIOUS!. Would reccomend for take out, or trying another location. Needs staff improvement.

The service was very excellent, the attention they gave us was very good, but the food... it has nothing of Nikkei fusion, being Peruvian myself I did feel a little disappointed by the food, it didn't have any flavor, and the fish was not It looked very fresh, I hope they improve, because they removed some dishes from the menu, I could recommend the Saltado de Lomo, but not anything else.

New chef? New recipe? The lomo saltado tastes different.

Service is okay. Depends on the time of day. Food was good but recently they changed their menu. The chifa ceviche was the best thing they had.

Disappointing. Inattentive service and felt like I was inconveniencing them. Waitress literally walked away from me in the middle of asking about drink menu. I felt the items were overseasoned and over sauced, such as ceviche , michelada, and tiradito. Ceviche onions were cut too large and coarsley for the seafood. Choclo was mushy. The Miami roll was very good. Very casual vibe . Do not recommend

The food is amazing and super fresh! I've got Tataki, Ceviche Mexicano with small fish, Perfetion roll, TNT roll, Truffle roll, by delivery, my passion fruit lemonade was missing. Also I visited in person there is Salmon tartar and small fish ceviche Suvama, also another different sushi rolls Miami, Gang Bang and Samba rolls, the server is wonderful, even after visiting couple of restaurants in Miami, only she was the one who let me know the service fee 20% (gratitude) it's already included.
