The Lounge at The Confidante offers a hospitable and enjoyable experience for guests. While parts of the hotel are under construction ahead of its renovation into an Andaz hotel next year, the staff remains super nice, often going above and beyond, like allowing early check-ins. The challah French toast is fluffy and delicious, though breakfast can get crowded. The resort’s two pools (one adult-only and one family-friendly) are currently unavailable due to construction, but the beach access and nearby running paths are highlights. Parking costs $30 per night, and while the hotel’s reasonable price point and great amenities make it a favorite, some guests find the food and drinks pricey. Management could improve transparency, but the staff’s kindness and the hotel’s prime location keep it a solid choice for Miami beach-goers.
