First time there . Beats Starbucks for coffee anyday. It's a little hole in the wall with bar seats and some outdoor seats as well. The place could use a remodel for sure . Seems like it would be worth it since there's not much in the way of a good mom and pop in the neighborhood . The latte was great. I had the tuna melt and it was surprisingly good on a good hearty toasted bread.

The Coquita Latte is the best thing I have ever tasted. It is expensive, so I only have it as a treat sometimes, so I love buying them when it's buy one get one free, so I have one for the next morning as well. I am lactose intolerant, and I have no idea what this is made with, but it doesn't bother my stomach -- I wish on UberEats and DoorDash, there was an option for different types of milks.
