If you’re ever leaving a concert or game at Hard Rock Stadium and find yourself hungry, Quickies is the spot. This place stays open late and hits the mark every single time. The atmosphere is simple—just a few tables—but don’t let that fool you. Some of the best food in South Florida comes from places just like this.
They’ve got everything: burgers, seafood, wings, conch… you name it. The prices are more than reasonable, and they run great specials during the day and at night. I’ve seen lunch combos as low as nine bucks with a drink, which is almost unheard of these days.
For anyone trying to stay on the lighter side, they even offer salads and can cook things non-fried on request. But if you do go fried, let me tell you—the fried conch is on another level. Tenderized perfectly, fried in clean oil, and absolutely addictive. As you can see in the picture, it’s easily some of the best around.
By the way, the whole fried fish I think it’s snapper is unbelievable. You can also add other things to it like fried shrimp with it or Conch or any other item and it comes with a lot of fries right up your alley guys don’t miss out. They also have a location in Dania.
