“I was traveling for work and looking for a great salad spot in Doral. Out of all the options, we chose Just Salad, and I’m glad we did. The food was amazing. They offer several salad combinations to choose from, and you can also make your own, which is exactly what we decided to do.

The quality and freshness of the ingredients really stood out. Everything tasted crisp, fresh, and flavorful, exactly what I needed after a long day.

That said, I do want to mention a customer service concern. I asked the employee’s name to one of the guys and he said her name is Nicole, but the receipt shows the name Albany. For management reference, my check number was 219 on 9/8/2025 at 7:51 PM. Unfortunately, the service was not very warm. Maybe it was just a bad day for her, but there was no greeting, no smile, just a direct “What base you want?” We both chose romaine, and when she asked if we wanted another base, we said no at which point she rolled her eyes. Throughout the entire order process, there was no friendliness or positive interaction. When it came time to pay, she simply said “That’s all?” followed by “OK, $45.66.” I still left a tip because I know tips matter but there was no “Thank you,” “Enjoy your meal,” or “Have a good night.”

I mention this because customer service is just as important as the food itself. A friendly attitude and simple greetings make a big difference in making customers feel welcome. I hope management can address this with their team, as experiences like this can discourage customers from coming back, even when the food is excellent.

Overall, I’m still giving 4 stars because the food was outstanding. With a little improvement in customer service, this could easily be a 5-star spot.“

“I had the pleasure of being served by Britney at Huey Magoo in Cooper City, and she absolutely MADE my visit. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was attentive without being overbearing, anticipated what I needed before I asked, and made sure everything from my drink refill to the final check was perfect.

My order was handled quickly and accurately, and the food arrived piping hot and delicious. Britney even checked back mid‑meal to make sure everything was to my liking. Her positive energy really elevated the whole experience.

Thanks to Britney, Huey Magoo Cooper City went from “good” to “exceptional.” I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be specifically asking for her next time.

“I absolutely love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location! The place is always clean, bright and welcoming. The manager Kevin and the rest of the staff are super friendly and provide quick with service, even when it’s busy. You can really taste the freshness in every smoothie, they use quality ingredients and everything tastes perfectly balanced, not too sweet or heavy. My favorite is the Mango Monsoon, you can’t go wrong with any of them. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want something refreshing and healthy! Highly recommend!“

“In 2024, I participated in the Key2MIA tour, which took place around Juneteenth. One of the stops on the tour was “Meat the Veggies,” where I had the chance to try their food for the first time. I was blown away by their impressive presentation, beautifully set-up tent, and food truck. I was genuinely excited to try whatever they were offering, and thank goodness I did—it was absolutely delicious! Their mango chipotle sauce quickly became my favorite, and I even tagged and persistently reached out to them for months just to get more of it. I also tried their pulled oxtail meat, which was a solid 10/10. It’s a must-try, and I highly recommend it. I truly love this brand!“

“Visiting Pega Grill felt like stumbling onto one of those underrated downtown lunch gems. I was early for an appointment and figured I’d grab something quick, but this place ended up being way better than I expected. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and attentive not over the top, just genuinely friendly.

I went with the gyro wrap on my first visit, and it hit the spot: soft pita, well-seasoned meat, fresh veggies, and just the right amount of sauce so it wasn’t falling apart. The fries were hot and crispy, which sounds simple, but you’d be surprised how many places can’t get that right during the lunch rush.

On another visit, I tried the Greek salad with chicken, and it was super refreshing good portion, crisp veggies, and plenty of feta. Prices are surprisingly fair for this part of Miami, especially considering the quality and size.

They also have catering options, and judging by how organized the place is, I can see why so many reviews mention it. Even during busy hours, the team works efficiently without making customers feel rushed.

The construction outside makes the area look a little rough at the moment, but don’t let that fool you the inside is clean, has decent seating, and the overall vibe is relaxed.

If you're someone who works or hangs around downtown and wants a reliable lunch spot with flavorful Greek food, Pega Grill is definitely worth adding to your rotation.“

“i ordered a small açaí, i think it was a nutella crunch. i ordered a small without looking at the sizes which was a mistake, the small is very small. i was accustomed to ernie’s açaí sizes. either way, i wasn’t a fan of the açaí. it was frosty. so i went up to speak to an employee and luckily i think i spoke to the manager and he was more than glad to accommodate me when i told him i wasn’t a fan of the açaí. he made me a strawnana smoothie and told me i could keep the açaí bowl which was very considerate. they also sell celsius here which is nice since sometimes the bolay next door had limited flavors. overall, i don’t know if id pay $10 for a small açaí bowl here but the food looks good and the smoothie was yummy.“

“This is my go to every time I’m at MIA, which is at least a dozen times a year. DELICIOUS and fresh. Some of the best airport food I’ve eaten anywhere. The roasted veggie and chicken salad is outstanding. The portion is large so even at $16 I get two meals out of it (and yes I carry the rest to my destination if I don’t finish it, it’s that good). Had the falafel wrap for a change yesterday and it was also excellent. This is food that I would eat regularly if it were available near my home.
