“We come here all the time....we just got home from there tonight and decided to write this review it absolutely couldn't wait! Alejandra our server was absolutely awesome!!! She started off my warmly welcoming us and suggested appetizers like the Guarnachos and home made Guacamole...beer and cocktail suggestions followed...it's a work day so we came in for a couple sodas and a quick bite with no intentions for dessert but once again Alexandra suggested several choices so of course we couldn't pass up the flan and we're so glad we took her advice because it was outstanding!!! I've lived in Little Havana my whole life and it was the best flan I've ever tried and believe me I've tried many...I've also been going to Taqueriad since I was a little kid and have witnessed the amazing changes and tremendous improvement to the restaurant...I'm treated so well every time I go there and will continue to do so! “Uptown 66 is a taco lover’s paradise! I had the pleasure of trying a variety of items from their menu, and each one blew me away. The steak burrito was packed with flavor—juicy, tender steak wrapped in a perfectly grilled tortilla, with just the right amount of seasoning and fillings. The pollo asado taco was a standout, with smoky, charred chicken that was both moist and delicious. The barbacoa taco was a melt-in-your-mouth experience, rich and savory with a depth of flavor that kept me coming back for more. The al pastor taco had a great balance of sweet and savory, with the pineapple adding a perfect touch of brightness. The birria taco was a comforting, flavorful delight, especially when dipped in that amazing consommé. And let’s not forget the tiger shrimp—they were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with a hint of spice that really made them pop.

On top of the incredible food, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and super attentive, making sure my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Uptown 66 is officially my go-to spot for tacos. Can’t wait to come back!“

“The food was great! I’m a mexican who lives in Georgia and it’s really hard to find a Mexican restaurant that has good food. The style is a little different but the flavor is very similar to our authentic Mexican food. I used to live in Mexicali, Mexico and tacos Gobernador are one of the typical dishes from there, the ones from Oh Mexico have nothing to ask from the Mexicali ones. Mike was very helpful and attentive. If I ever come back to Miami I will for sure come and visit again.“

We also ordered a Guacamole for Don Luis which was delicious 9/10 and a Picanha Rosa Crust 9/10.. to drink We ordered the Divine Secret 10/10, all we asked for were suggestions from Johana, our Waitress, who was absolutely great ! 100% recommended.“

“I’d leave a picture but we ate it so fast we forgot. It was delicious. We got the birria and ribeye tacos and the melted cheese on both paired with the meats and topping made me drool. We also got the corn topped with cotija cheese and Tajín, and they were delicious. Very good food. Nice staff. Clean restaurant with music that isn’t too loud. 10/10.“

“Birria tacos were 5/5! Great flavour and was served nice and hot for dine in.

The other tacos were okay. The chicken and steak were pretty dry and needed more ingredients like sauce. The sautéed fish tacos were a bit better but still would rate these tacos at 3/5.

At the time we went, they didn’t have guacamole and Mexican street corn.

Tripa was the right mix of soft and crispy, lengua and birria were decent could use more flavor, al pastor was also good but personally I wish it had more pineapple juice. “The menu was a bit confusing on the iPad. But I figured it out. The food was good. Tacos were great. Corn was good. Service was fast and accurate. The servers gave great instructions on how everything works.

I will say the bathrooms needed attention desperately. I won't mention what I saw near the bathroom. They probably need to call a service about the thing I saw...
Also, an employee wore their apron into the bathroom. And went back onto the dining room floor to serve guests afterward.
It's not very cool. I had already finished eating before I witnessed the things I witnessed or I may have left before eating. Google doesn't allow you to send a private message to the establishment, or I would not have written my review as such“

The fish (pescado empapelado) was really good but basics such as tacos de birria and cochinita pibil had no flavor at all and it was so sad because place is spectacular and service was great too. Margaritas were really good. Food should have more flavor.“
