Never going back again. Let’s start with the lime wedge garnish. It looked like it was used as a doorstop in a prior life. It wasn’t fresh and was limp. That lime wedge was cut 3-4 days ago. I have no doubt it’s been sitting in a tub of own brine, unrefrigerated causing it to begin decomposing as seen by the yellowing discoloration on the rind. Cut fresh and refrigerate at the beginning of the day. This is Basic Bartending 101.

Good ropa vieja. Cocktails more expensive than in much nicer airport restaurants. And no prices for drinks on the menu. So beware when ordering

Budweiser Brew House is a convenient sit-down restaurant located in the airport terminal. Despite being busy, the staff is polite and efficient, serving decent food in to-go containers. The menu options are limited, and fries are not available. Prices are reasonable for an airport location. Be prepared for a potentially long wait, but the staff hustles to provide good service. The restaurant offers a decent backyard quality burger on a brioche bun, which may not be great but gets the job done in the airport environment. Guests can enjoy a variety of bold drinks, and the chicken wings with honey bbq sauce are fantastic. While the beer may be a bit pricey and served in plastic cups, it remains a good option for a quick bite or drink before a flight. The location, however, looks old and could use an update to the decor.
