“This is the best Burger King I’ve ever walked into. From the moment you step inside you can tell the place is well taken care of. It’s clean and welcoming. But what really makes the experience stand out though, is the staff. Everyone was friendly and they made us feel at ease.
I’d especially like to thank Paula Ramirez, the shift manager, for going out of her way to help us. She treated us with such genuine care that it made our visit memorable and you can tell she makes sure customers leave happy. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“This morning around 10:30 AM, I walked in with a group of 75 teenagers on a field trip. We did not plan to stop at Burger King but the food court at the museum we were visiting was closed. The staff was so efficient in handling our large crowd. I apologized for bringing in such a crowd without notice and explained what happened. Erykah told us “do not worry… we’ll make sure these kids have food. They can eat here.” Erykah was a lifesaver and somehow managed to feed all of our kids in 45 minutes. Erykah, we cannot thank you enough!! ?“

I didn’t know much about the breakfast they had and she explained to me without attitude and was very patient with me. Huge improvement from the past time. I’ve went there almost 2 years ago. I will be going back to this location since it’s close to my housebecause the customer service was great. It’s amazing what good customer service can do for business.“

“*Update. They’ve improved things here. More normal service like you’d expect at a reasonably run chain. Perhaps a change in managment did the trick. Prior review: Amateur hour. It’s a dice roll whether they will actually be open, even in the middle of the day; reliability on par with a cold war era Soviet establishment, customer service slightly worse than a Soviet establishment.“

The experience I had was great. The Supervisor was very kind and very attentive. The next time I came, I went through drive-through and the Supervisor was also very kind and professional. I like the fact that he runs his store well and shows all his customers great customer service not just in side but drive through as well.“

“I recently visited the Burger King at Dolphin Mall and I must say, it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that my order was taken and prepared exactly as I wanted it. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious.I ordered the Whopper meal and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The fries were crispy and hot, and the soda was nice and cold. Overall, the meal was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service. “I've been going there 3 days a week for the past 4 years service always has been great. But lately with the new employee Tiffany she's very polite professional and very knowledgeable. She recognized my voice and always saying good morning and have my food ready fast and easy. She the best if I had the powet to give her a raise and promotion I will. “I was at your location on Saturday afternoon, service was excellent. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my needs. The food was prepared the way I like it. They didn’t mess up my order at all. “This Burger King is in a league of its own, and it’s all thanks to one person: Maria, the manager. If you stop by during the afternoon or night shift, you’ll see what I mean. She runs this place like it’s the flagship Burger King of the entire country.
The difference is night and day—food presentation is perfect, everything is fresh, and the whole restaurant just feels like how BK should be everywhere. You can tell she runs a tight ship, and her crew clearly respects her leadership. Orders come out right, quick, and looking like the commercials (which is rare at fast food these days).

“STEVE AT THE TAKE OUT WINDOW IS THE best order taker I have experienced for over 60 years since the 1st Burger King on Dixie Hwy when it was it takes 2 hands to handle a Wopper. Steve is call, professional ,repeats your order at the end, is very well dressed in his uniform, voice is clear, calming, enthusiastic, pleasant. I highly recommend him for a big Raise. And have him train the trainers. He will make a great store manager! Food was fresh, well cooked and day lady manager was pleasant. You will improve store business growth with Steve! “Everything was fast and smooth. I accidentally ordered small fries instead of large, but the manager was super friendly and fixed it right away. The staff in general were kind and helpful.
My only suggestion would be to clean the tables a bit more frequently.
Other than that, it was a pleasant visit and I’d definitely come again“
“I love BK. Bk fry person. I have to say Bks, just many other places are a 50/50 change to get fast, hot, friendly service. I have to say automation takes getting used to. This bk is pretty good about it.

“I absolutely LOVE the morning crew, my kids love their sausage egg cheese crossaint and they often request this for breakfast before going to school. The lady there makes it feel like family, she always greets with a huge smile and small talk without sacrificing quality or efficiency. I would not go to any other BK unless it's this one. Honestly, her customer service has made me a loyal customer. ? bravo ? please give a raise or some type of bonus for recognition as I read some of these reviews the consensus is clear that the morning crew is on point! “I stopped by the Burger King on 137th and 56th today to try the new BBQ Brisket Whopper, and honestly, I was blown away. The flavor was incredible—the brisket was tender, smoky, and it paired perfectly with the Whopper. Everything tasted super fresh, like it had just been prepared.
I also ordered an Oreo shake, and let me tell you, it was the best one I’ve ever had. Thick, creamy, and full of Oreo pieces—it was the perfect treat to go along with my meal.
The staff was amazing, super friendly and attentive, and I was even treated really well by the manager. I can’t remember his name exactly, but I know it started with a “J.” He made sure everything was perfect, and that really stood out to me.
The restaurant itself looked really nice too, full of crowns everywhere, which gave it a fun and welcoming vibe.
Overall, I left really impressed with both the food and the service. Definitely one of the best Burger King visits I’ve ever had!“
“It's been quite a while since being in a Burger King however I was in the area taking care of business and decided to try their new $5 happy meal. I got chicken nuggets, fries, bacon cheese burger and small drink. I was actually pleasantly surprised that although portions appear smaller they were actually ample for a lunch and the overall quality of the food was much better than expected. Keep in mind though that this was no steakhouse quality burger. Ample is the word and price was right.“
“Wow, what a great experience. I went to go get my car fixed the next-door and decided to have breakfast with My Son at Burger King. This place was so clean so modern they had the coke machine where you could pick all your favorite sodas and they have some limited additions that were so good. Wow!…I forgot how good Burger King was. It had been so long since I have been there I would definitely come back. The portions was good and the food tasted nice and fluffy and delicious. “I just wanted to say that the service of one of your workers is absolutely phenomenal. I’m gonna be honest, I forgot his name but I believe it was one of your managers, a tall big guy with glasses and a ponytail. He made sure all my food was fresh and was very helpful, he’s one of the reasons I come to this burger king all of the time. You just don’t find customer service like that from anyone and it’s very refreshing.“
“This location has an old kids playground inside from the 1990s. Service was good, but the kids are is the reason to visit. You can climb away up through tubes, much bigger than the newer built ones, my son and other kids loved it.
