I had an amazing experience at Burger King! My Double Whopper was cooked perfectly fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. Richard and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure everything was just right. It’s always great to see a staff that takes pride in great customer service. “Stopped by Burger King in the food court and grabbed a Whopper combo and a regular Whopper; both were exactly what I needed and really hit the spot. The burgers were hot, fresh, and tasty, and the fries were nice and crispy.

Being in the food court made it easy to grab a quick meal and keep moving, and the seating area nearby was convenient. Even though it’s a busy spot, the service was pretty quick. Definitely a solid choice for a classic fast food fix!“

“I don’t know why it has 3.8 because it should have 5 stars. We went through the drive thru at 1:30 am on Sunday and the food and service was amazing. The person working was an assistant manager, I don’t remember his name but he provided great service.“

“This morning around 10:30 AM, I walked in with a group of 75 teenagers on a field trip. We did not plan to stop at Burger King but the food court at the museum we were visiting was closed. The staff was so efficient in handling our large crowd. I apologized for bringing in such a crowd without notice and explained what happened. Erykah told us “do not worry… we’ll make sure these kids have food. They can eat here.” Erykah was a lifesaver and somehow managed to feed all of our kids in 45 minutes. “I've been going there 3 days a week for the past 4 years service always has been great. But lately with the new employee Tiffany she's very polite professional and very knowledgeable. She recognized my voice and always saying good morning and have my food ready fast and easy. She the best if I had the powet to give her a raise and promotion I will. I didn’t know much about the breakfast they had and she explained to me without attitude and was very patient with me. Huge improvement from the past time. I’ve went there almost 2 years ago. I will be going back to this location since it’s close to my housebecause the customer service was great. It’s amazing what good customer service can do for business.“

“I went to this Burger King because I’m never here and wanted to do the review. I ordered the double bacon king. Combo. I ordered the half French fries half onion rings. It’s smaller than a double whopper. I like the size. I ordered a BK
Big fish and some chicken nuggets as well. I like the zesty sauce. Overall this is a good quick stop. I just have to eat the sandwiches without the bun“

“STEVE AT THE TAKE OUT WINDOW IS THE best order taker I have experienced for over 60 years since the 1st Burger King on Dixie Hwy when it was it takes 2 hands to handle a Wopper. Steve is call, professional ,repeats your order at the end, is very well dressed in his uniform, voice is clear, calming, enthusiastic, pleasant. I highly recommend him for a big Raise. And have him train the trainers. He will make a great store manager! Food was fresh, well cooked and day lady manager was pleasant. You will improve store business growth with Steve! Came on Sunday November 16th around 7pm. The girl that took my order was very professnal took my order promptly. The guy working the register was super friendly and professional also. The food was super fresh and delicious. The night crew here much different than the daycrew I guess.“

She is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, SMILLING and ATTENTION TO DETAILS !!!
Is very frustrated when you order food at any fast food chain and are asked FOR HERE or TO GO and you reply FOR HERE and receive your food packed in a bag instead of a tray !
WALESKA is always attended and alert and I never have to request a tray since she is able to read screen and follow directions and I hope this POSITVIE review can be reached out not only to her in house dinning Supervisors but also ALL WAY AS HIGHEST LEVEL TO CORPORATE FOR HER RECOGNITION !
Maybe CORPORATE will find this enough encouragement to INVEST IN WALESKA FUTURE EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP when in a 7 PM Saturday night lots of girls her age are getting lost in street doing the wrong thing this young,smiling and very professional lady is devoting her time to earn a decent income.

I had the royal spicy chicken burger (don't qoute me on that not sure of the name) and that was one of the best chicken burgers I've had. Flavor profile, the juicness of the chicken, I loved it. The chicken fries aren't bad either, pretty good. Self service menu which for me eliminates the hassle of a wrong order. Very customizable menu.“

“I stopped by the Burger King on 137th and 56th today to try the new BBQ Brisket Whopper, and honestly, I was blown away. The flavor was incredible—the brisket was tender, smoky, and it paired perfectly with the Whopper. Everything tasted super fresh, like it had just been prepared.

I also ordered an Oreo shake, and let me tell you, it was the best one I’ve ever had. Thick, creamy, and full of Oreo pieces—it was the perfect treat to go along with my meal.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and attentive, and I was even treated really well by the manager. I can’t remember his name exactly, but I know it started with a “J.” He made sure everything was perfect, and that really stood out to me.

The restaurant itself looked really nice too, full of crowns everywhere, which gave it a fun and welcoming vibe.

Overall, I left really impressed with both the food and the service. Definitely one of the best Burger King visits I’ve ever had!“

“Everything was fast and smooth. I accidentally ordered small fries instead of large, but the manager was super friendly and fixed it right away. The staff in general were kind and helpful.
My only suggestion would be to clean the tables a bit more frequently.

“Enjoyed the food and staff....the security weirded us out a little bit but it is understandable. And odd that everyone had to use the men's restroom.

Kid-friendliness: Kids loved getting ice cream with their kids meals instead of a toy.“

“This location has an old kids playground inside from the 1990s. Service was good, but the kids are is the reason to visit. You can climb away up through tubes, much bigger than the newer built ones, my son and other kids loved it.

“Wow, what a great experience. I went to go get my car fixed the next-door and decided to have breakfast with My Son at Burger King. This place was so clean so modern they had the coke machine where you could pick all your favorite sodas and they have some limited additions that were so good. Wow!…I forgot how good Burger King was. It had been so long since I have been there I would definitely come back. The portions was good and the food tasted nice and fluffy and delicious.
