This is going to be my go-to caterer for life!!! I found chef Brian on Instagram when trying to find a caterer for my engagement party. We ordered an “arroz campesino” for 100 people and 50 tostones with meat. I’m so happy I was able to try one toston because my guests ate them all in seconds!
