Would I visit again?: YessssThe Good: Easy and plenty parking. There was over 15 food trucks with all kinds of cuisines; American, Asian, Latin, Deserts, Snacks, Entres. All well priced and there is tons of tables!

On a whim, we decided to take the treck down to Tripical Park and check out Food Truck Fridays. I was initially worried about parking, but we got lucky and a spot miraculously opened just as we arrived. The power of positive thinking. We were pleasantly surprised by the number and variety of food trucks in attendance. From Spanish to pizza, nothing but corn to milkshakes there was a little of everything. Super fun environment! There was a DJ doing a live set with lot of food trucks with various types of food. Had to go to the Santo Los Dulces food truck to get the classic Halo Sundae (Nutella churro on top of Santo Dulces ice cream ??). There were lot of food trucks with authentic Cuban cuisines as well as a donut and milkshake food truck. Lot of good eats and vibes! Glad to have found this gem while driving ?
