Guayaba Restaurant offers an excellent experience with delicious food and great service. The garlic shrimp are spectacular, the mashed potatoes are absolutely wonderful, and the filet mignon is cooked to perfection. The cozy atmosphere and great lighting create a perfect setting. Prices are reasonable, and the environment is loved by guests. The staff is friendly, attentive, and great. Live music adds to the experience, making it a great place for a date. Menu highlights include chicken soup, yuca fries, and mofongo, all very good. While service is impeccable, some guests note that the automatic addition of a tip can be off-putting. Overall, Guayaba is highly recommended and worth the drive from Miami.
