Based on the reviews, Katana Coral Way offers an amazing experience with amazing fresh sushi in floating boats. The quality of the fish is outstanding, and the food is amazing with plenty to choose from. The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent. One server, Angel, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, explaining different rolls, ingredients, and flavor combinations. Another staff member, Sergio, was also amazingly nice. The restaurant is a great Husband and Wife duo. The new location is very convenient. Customers are die hard Katana fans and say it is the best sushi in Miami. They will definitely be coming back. Customers are also asking about beer, sake, and wine.
