Last night I bought a veggie roll and when at home I realized it was hard as a rock maybe prepared early in the day and old at night. Today as I passed by spoke to a guy Alfredo to be the person in charge and instead of using customer service skills he decided to be bad mannered and didn’t solved my complain I usually get food there. Horrible, I paid for orange chicken and I NEVER found a piece of chicken, everything was breaded and caramelized, I went and talked to the person who served me and he told me that's how it came. If you pay for bread, why receive tortilla. It's ridiculous.

Do not eat from this place. I got food poisoning so I spent my night throwing up and having diarrhea. the staff was also super rude and the cashier saw my name tag and did not give me the employee discount I had to ask her and then she rolled her eyes. This place needs to be investigated asap! Who knows how many other people have been poisoned and they haven’t reported it!
