Let's Go Healthy Miami - Organic Meal Delivery

I had never thought of trying a meal prep before but after having had a surgery, my hubby suggested giving this a try. He found Rudy's website and I was instantly interested in his cuisine -- Cuban, healthy and filling! How does it get better than that?!

I read through his website and learned he was inspired by his grandmother's cooking -- I love that! His pricing is something I could afford, so I reached out to him and he was very friendly and engaging via email. After a quick and easy sign-up, the yummiest food started arriving at my home, delivered with care. Now, I can't imagine going without this!

The turkey, chicken, rice, veggies, potatoes, legumes, sauces, broths etc. are all SO deliciously good. They do taste like homemade cooking, but with a very obvious expert upgrade.

I enthusiastically recommend signing up to Rudy's meal plans. Healthy, tasty and tropical -- I'm excited to see/taste what future weeks will bring!

. $19 for this is embarrassing. Two tiny meatballs in small Hawaiian rolls and a minimal side — this is not a meal. The portion size is shockingly small for the price. I genuinely feel ripped off. Extremely disappointing and not worth it.

I have been a client for 3 weeks now. The food is delicious and delivery has been always on time. Recommend this food to anyone looking to eat healthy and not worry about what should I cook today.

If you want to enjoy chef’s food at home, this is triple-A quality. I started a few months ago since I work from home and find that I’m eating excellent tasting food that also happens to be healthy and organic. I have shared my plates with people who come from Palm City to work with me, and they’re jealous of how good my lunches are and they cannot get it because it’s a local Coral Gables’ chef. If you’re lucky enough to live in the area, try it for a week and you won’t be disappointed! Great value also!
