Pablo's Barrel is an excellent and delicious food truck located in a small food truck park. The food is amazing, well prepared with fresh ingredients, and incredibly flavorful. Dishes are cooked to perfection and well plated with a good amount of food. Recommended items include the large meat platter, the special burger, the ceviche de chicharron, and the morcilla. The medium platter comes with ribs, sausage, chicharrón, steak, and potatoes. Sides feature chicharrón, plátano, and papa criolla. For drinks, the lemonade and passionfruit drink are delicious and refreshing. Dessert includes the smoked pineapple with ice cream and chocolate. The service is great, with incredibly kind and attentive personnel. It is a highly recommended spot, especially for everyone that loves meat, and is considered a steal for the incredible food and service.
