Very good after all these years
It's not fast food! There was no one in line but took them 20 minutes just to take my order, then another 20 to get my order, and it was incomplete. They forgot to put the salad.
Would like to thanks owner for reaching out and seems smoking problem was solved. Like i said this pollo is an excellent place being coming here for more than 20yrs. Or more. Good location. And good ambient. I really appreciate. You appreciate . Food was great! Nice music! Clean everything. Love it! Thanks owner🏌💥

Pollo Tropical offers a delicious chicken soup that's flavorful, hearty, and comforting. The soup is filled with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and perfectly seasoned broth. The top-notch ingredients, generous portion size, and good service make it a satisfying meal. While some communication issues were experienced during takeout orders, including language barriers, the friendly cashier and overall positive experience stand out. Some customers praised the grilled chicken for being moist and flavorful, making it a nice option for a casual meal with family. However, there have been complaints about the grilled chicken being overcooked and burnt at times, which can be frustrating. Despite these issues, the food quality and inviting atmosphere make Pollo Tropical a worthwhile dining option, with vegetarian options available and wheelchair accessibility.
