I love Taco Bell's food but the staff and service offered at this location is the worst of all!! They don't come out of the kitchen to serve customers, they prepared my order in my face and placed it on the shelf and gave it to me 15 minutes later when the tacos were all watery and ugly.
The service is heavy, there were five people there doing nothing, I asked them to charge me because there was no card to pay in the order machine and they didn't really want to help me, they are paid to do

Taco Bell has completely eliminated the cashiers in the lobby and replaced them with kiosk. If you have any questions about items good luck! I'm so over this place! It's too many authentic taco spots in soflo to be disrespected by these frauds!
