“I had a great experience today at Smoothie King thanks to Juliette. From the moment I walked in, she was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
It’s not every day you come across customer service like that. Juliette’s positive attitude and professionalism really made the visit enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.

“10/23 Update: the service iv just received was incredible!!! Complete 180°!!! 1:30pm, Trakiba and the other lovely women on shift were AMAZINGGG, my review has completely changed due to them.
Sadly this location is lowkey racist towards white people, iv been coming here alot due to work and its been a sour experience every single time customer service wise and today was my limit, one staff member on the front, all i got was a side eye and my smoothie was a complete mess, i asked for napkins and got ignored because she was on the phone with an airpod in, meanwhile people coming in get a greeting and excellent service, none of which were white. Super sad to be typing this but the reality. Do something about the staff plz, super uncalled for and immature“
“I go to this location almost daily and it never disappoints. All of the employees are exceptionally kind and Anabella who usually takes care of me is always very helpful and friendly. The owner is sometimes there and takes the time to acknowledge me by always saying hello, and has on a few occasions showed his gratitude with a small item at no charge , which maybe does not mean much in monetary terms, but it means a lot to me because it shows he appreciates my loyalty, which I also feel the from the staff. The bowls are always consistently delicious and Ive always received first class service. I recommend you do yourself a favor and make this your goto smoothie spot, I think youll be very happy with your choice. Cheers“
“I recently changed my diet and can no longer have whey protein or dairy, so I was unsure of what to order from the menu. I ordered on the app and when I got there, Monica offered me a sample of my finished drink so I could try. Needless to say, I did not come up with a good combination. She was kind enough to go through the entire menu with me to talk about my flavor preferences and then help me pick a drink that I ultimately ended up loving. Jade even told me about a special smoothie with blueberries in it that used to be on the menu when I asked about which smoothies had blueberries. I really appreciated the service and quality! “I came in a Saturday morning, it was packed and this gentleman was working all alone (smoothie king do better!) there could be at least 2 employees there. Despite there being a line and him working super hard, he didn’t crack under pressure and I thought that was amazing. His name is Chris.“

“I had an amazing experience at Smoothie King today, this was my first time at this location, and it definitely won’t be my last.
I stopped in right after a gym session and ordered a Strawberry Hulk, and everything from start to finish was on point. The place was clean, the service was fast, and the entire staff was courteous and professional.
What really stood out to me, though, was the level of customer service. Jada, AJ, Stefano, and Ralph all made me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Their energy was positive, their attitudes were great, and they made the whole experience feel like I was more than just a regular customer they made me feel like a celebrity.
That kind of service goes a long way, and it’s the reason I’ll be coming back regularly.
