One of my favourite poke experiences ever!! Travelling with my son, quick trip down Collins Avenue and came across this amazing gem. Have eaten at many poke places across North America, this is one of the best. Super fresh seafood, friendly staff and fascinating sauce blends. Loved it.
Koa is next to the hotel where I stayed, and I thought it was perfect, as I had already read about it. I had several meals there, at different times of the day, and I can say it was great. The Poke is sensational, and the açaí is not far behind.
Maybe I’m ignorant, but when I read pike and burrito I was thinking “no” apparently burrito in this context means large maki. The bowls were very thoughtfully prepared, ingredients are very fresh, fish is high quality. One of the better poke bowls I’ve had! Whole family enjoyed it. Great lunch or dinner!
