“Really good selection and really nice staff. For some reason, I thought these were made to order. But as I was leaving, they were coming in with a huge tray that was already made up and had the stamp on it. Still would go back though.“

“I've been meaning to try Sushi Corner after reading many reviews about how tasty and affordable this restaurant is, finding all these reviews to be completely true! This hole in the wall gem of West Kendall is well worth your time to try! I came in with my boyfriend last night to their small no frills location and was immediately greeted by our server who was very attentive throughout our whole meal. It's true that they do serve everything using plastic ware which to me doesn't matter at all. I care about the quality of food and the food is definitely top notch! My boyfriend and I decided to order various menu items to share. I started with a hot bowl of Miso Soup $2 which was good; loved the portion which I felt was more than most places. Next we had the Rainbow Roll $10 (California roll topped w/various fish) which was glaringly fresh and came out beautifully. The Sexy Roll $10 (fish tempura, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, rolled w/soy paper, tempura flakes, eel sauce, spicy mayo) was by far my favorite just because of all the incredible flavors in it. The Florida Roll $9 (spicy conch, cucumber, masago) definitely surprised me with its spice level and amount of conch within it. Lastly, we ordered the Sushi Corner Fried Rice $8 (chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and masago) which ultimately surprised me in portion and tastiness. The fried rice isn't over done with soy sauce so it remains tasting light though its also savory because of a smoky flavor. So tasty! Can't wait to try your other roles and highly recommend to anyone in the area as I think they also deliver!“

“Not only the best empanadas I've ever had, it's the best food I had on my Miami vacation. Virginia was the nicest and most helpful person ever! She helped me decide on what would be the best. I love this place and will definitely come back on my next Miami visit. Vegen options available and is delicious 😋💙💙“

“Had to get on a healthy eating plan, this is the spot! Try something new everyday I promise you won’t regret it! I believe Thursdays is the pulled pork that’s worked on several hours before by the owners I believe. They have weekly cantinas which is worth it to get on a healthy eating plan. Amazing 10/10 it’s my go to spot for everyone in the office.“

“After a party I stopped by at this food truck and I was amazed that they are opened till late night.
I tried the arepa with shredded beef and cheese and the cachapa. In between these two I prefer the arepa.
Safe place, next to Coral Gables.“

“Overall food was pretty good! Ordered the spaghetti chicken Alfredo with broccoli added, garlic bread, and Caesar salad.
The salad was good and fresh, but could have benefited from less dressing, or having the dressing on the side, as it was dripping in it.
The spaghetti chicken Alfredo was REALLY good, with a healthy helping of chicken, which I feel like restaurants usually skimp on, especially for takeout. But I wouldn't recommend adding the broccoli as it was a $3 charge and there were literally only 4 floret heads, so I was a bit disappointed in that. But the broccoli that were in it had been cooked just right! The garlic bread was also tasty and came with some red sauce with pesto.
It was enough for 2 people to share after getting to a hotel late and wanting to order in, and I would definitely order again. :)“

“Buffalo wings are hands down one of my FAVORITE types of food and I love trying new places (and cooking my own). No cap or exaggeration, this place might just be my favorite wing place I’ve ever ordered from… Their jumbo bone-in wings were a legit 10/10. Big amount of food, amaaaazingly tasty, cooked perfectly, and had a great classic Buffalo sauce. Also, their sauce selection is top tier. Tons of homemade sauces, all of which that I tried were really good, but though a boring choice I’d say their classic ranch is the best choice for their buffalo wings. But when it comes to true wing places I’d say that’s exactly how it should be.Because the jumbo wings were so good I gave the boneless wings a shot another time. Go for the jumbo not the boneless. Don’t get me wrong it was still quite tasty, but maybe 7/10 compared to 10/10 for their bone in factoring in flavor and amount of food.Looking forward to trying all their other food too but I’ll be ordering those jumbo wings for a while. Amazing job!“

“No butter on the toast...like seriously that bread be dry...I like them for real but the food is inconsistent I don't know if it's different cooks on different days or what because you have to stand outside for your food so it's no way to tell whose “
“This is my go to every time I’m at MIA, which is at least a dozen times a year. DELICIOUS and fresh. Some of the best airport food I’ve eaten anywhere. The roasted veggie and chicken salad is outstanding. The portion is large so even at $16 I get two meals out of it (and yes I carry the rest to my destination if I don’t finish it, it’s that good). Had the falafel wrap for a change yesterday and it was also excellent. This is food that I would eat regularly if it were available near my home. FYI the same food is sold at Ice Box at the other end of the terminal.“

“So first I tried the steak with white rice and red beans. Rice was perfectly cooked buttery and salty. Red beans were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Unsure if they used any seasoning but since I don't usually like beans I'm guessing they did. The steak was small but delicious and tender, for $6 I'm not complaining because the plate filled me up. I also tried the fried pies I tried the chicken and ground beef ones. Way to dry and not enough flavor for my taste. And lastly I tried there dessert type pastry guava and cream cheese. If you don't like guava don't try it but if you do like guava this dessert is an absolute must!!!! Very economical because on all this all I spent was $10.50. And my food was not microwaved and was hot when I got back to my truck parked down the street. I would recommend this place. Atmosphere was a typical of a small family owned restaurant. Smelled delicious walking up to and inside.“

“My mom loves coming here. My problem is the lack of parking. There is no parking and other vendors are also crowding up the one way street dead end street.
I give it a 4 stars because my mom loves shopping here for her Haitian caribbean items that she says she cannot find any where else.
The 1 star deduction is for the lack of parking. I don't like to go in the store so I wait for my mom outside. I am constantly having to keep moving my car out of the way so I don't block other cars from going by.“

“Both the server and chef are not only top of their class in service but are the most heartwarming people you can come across. It was closing time and the chef ran out to get candles for my girlfriend’s birthday. Made our night. Orlan is a great host!“
