“Ordered crispy panko fish sandwich and added tomatoes to it. It was really good. I've been doing a comparison of fish sandwiches between Wendy's, Burger King, and McDonald's. After trying BK and McD's I believe Wendy's had the better fish sandwich out of the three. Reason was it was fish patty was crispy, bun was good, as well as the tartar sauce.“
“Fresh food always. You don't have to worry about them messing up your order. Great place to grab a quick meal. They also have good fresh salads. However, that blueberry pomegranate lemonade is not something I would recommend.Dietary restrictions: I can't eat dairy so NO CHEESE EVER. They always get my order right.“
“Had some nuggets at this location the other day that were soooo good (moist, tender & fresh) that i really believed that Wendy's had changed their nuggets.I've had nuggets at 2 different locations since and it turns out that it wasn't that they changed their nuggets It just so happens that in all of these years I'd never had them fresh and not over- cooked/hard/dry.I now will not have nuggets unless it's this store.“
“Walked in to Wendy's at about 6pm on a Friday so it wasn't too busy. Man at front counter easily took my order although it was a tad complicated (I used the app for the Dave's double and single). Food appeared great AND Brayan threw in some saltine crackers for me which no other Wendy's has done for me. Thanks Brayan and the Wendy's next to FIU! Great sammich.“
“Nice Wendy's. Unfortunately in the Wendy's app you cannot ask to park and let them know that you have arrived with a parking number, you would have to click on carry out and then pick up the mobile order. Also, for some reason the Wendy's app payment wasn't working, so I sent an email to [email protected] and they will eventually help me. You get bonus points and rewards offers on the app! Also I asked, and the youngest they can work here is 16. Not bad place to start working as a teenager. Everything looked clean and had a nice tunes playing. Would definitely come again.“

“Went here because I was super early for my doctor's appointment. At a Cobb salad with no chicken. The food is presented a little bit better than other competitors like BK and McDonald's. The dining room has a very good modern but homey vibe. If you are near Jackson Memorial Hospital, this is super close and a good option.“
“One of my biggest concerns (and probably relatable) about fast food is the wait it will take to get my food. Especially during lunch breaks for work/school. My visit was during regular lunchtime rush and I was visiting on foot from a 15 minute walk. There was a long line outside for drive thru and about 5 people ahead of me inside. My order was received and fulfilled within 10 minutes of my arrival. When I got outside, the line was gone and the vehicle I saw at the back of the drive thru line upon arriving was leaving the parking lot the same time as myself. There was no rushing me along with my order or anyone before me. There was a clean interior and calm vibe as patrons ate their food at their dining tables. Normally, there are telltale signs of mismanagement at fast food establishments, but this was a refreshing view of what proper management, customer service, and a quality dining experience is supposed to look like.“

“It’s relatively clean but does smell a bit. The drink machine that customers use is dirty in the area where you place your cup. The stand from where you would usually grab utensils, salt/pepper, etc. was empty and so was the ketchup dispenser. Food was satisfactory, unfortunately the fries were Luke warm.“
“The ordering was simple, either you go to a self serve kiosk or you ordered at the counter. We went to the self served kiosk and looked at the menu, after a few minutes we finished our order and started to pay, only to find out that the kiosk/paying machine was malfunctioning. Also, no chairs? Is it just me or should there be chairs in a fast food place? Had to walk back to the place we were staying at for a few hours and ate our food. Other than that, It was great. It took less than a minute to come out and the food was great. Definitely would recommend going here.“

“The meals we received at the drive-thru was not what we had ordered (which we did not discover until we got home with the food). The confusion could not have been because the restaurant was busy as we were the second and last car in line at the drive-thru. Nonetheless, the meals we did receive in our bags were good. And for the love of God, Wendy's, PLEASE stop replacing vanilla Frosties with seasonal flavors (strawberry in summer, pumpkin spice in fall, and peppermint at the holidays)!!!! “I went here for a quick late afternoon meal. I don't believe I've eaten inside this Wendy's so I tried it out. I ordered the baconator double, with a 10 piece spicy nuggets and a drink. I also ordered the chili. The service was quick. There was no line. I received the 2 ghost pepper sauces. Overall this was a good stop with fast service“
“Ordered a bacon and cheese potato. Bacon was burnt and shriveled up and I didn't realize it til I got home. I drove back and informed the manager of what had taken place and he made me a new one with fresh bacon. Loved the way he handled it“

They did forget to put my cookie in & add cheese to my chili, but it’s okay as long as they’re helpful & friendly while fixing a small error. Have eaten and tried many all over the world.For a fast food restaurant it’s actually really nice, the burger quite decent in its presentation and a good taste of meat and cheese, the buns are briochés. Real good onions. Lettuce. Tomato. Well balanced sauces.Only downside for my taste : too much vinegar pickles.Though the ambiance of the restaurant itself is quite poor. Also no sockets/outlets to charge the phone.“
