“Although I arrived at the drive-thru on thanksgiving day 2024 at approximately 1:00 PM the staff didn't seem to be bothered at all by working through the holiday. Jadyn at the drive-thru window even handed me the drink that I had ordered and asked that I give it a taste to ensure that it wasn't just seltzer knowing that the machine was empty the day before. My drink was indeed tasteless and she offered to pour me a different one. Truly a wonderful experience and worth the time of writing this review. If at all possible please make sure to congratulate her for the amazing hospitality and mindful empathy, the world should definitely see more of Jadyn.“

“The Hamlin location took amazing care of us today. We had to request a change of seating as we had some mobility issues within our party and they did it without any issue. I managed to spill my drink and the waitress was super relaxed with getting me a damp rag to clean it up. We ordered a drink not realizing it was smoked and they swapped it for us as we had a massive allergy issue in our party. I promise we aren’t usually so high maintenance but when I say they rolled with our oddly chaotic punches I deeply appreciated it. It’s the end of 2024 and I’m so proud of these folks for being on their ‘A’ game and accommodating us. Good food. Good service. Good time all around. I hope these rockstar servers hand an absolutely amazing 2025.“

I want to start by saying, I did not expect to witness what I did tonight from the staff but how glad I am that I did. To the manager I spoke to tonight, you know who you are, I want to reiterate again that you guys are amazing for what you do. In today’s society, that kind of attitude and respect is so lost in general morals but boy do you guys break societal norms.

To the owner of this specific location and the general manager, I would love to speak with you guys personally. Your staff goes above and beyond with stellar teamwork. Your management (or at least the one gentlemen I have seen) is exceptional in leadership and communication. I want to find a way to highlight and acknowledge your store, your employees, your hard work and dedication and more-so the stories there.

I have only been this passionate once before and I will tell you that I am a woman who will make waves when inspired. You have earned a new regular, supporter and respect.

Way to go to the team that was working tonight and the food and service will be one that I will NEVER forget.“

“Was there on may 27. Our food was great and our waiter Adolfo was the BEST. There was 8 of us celebrating two things and everything was super. Thanks will always come to this applebees“

“We ate this last night and it did not disappoint. Shawarma sandwich, berry smoothie and the fatoush salad was amazing. I asked for extra fatoush dressing to put in my sandwich ( it was perfect without it) but that dressing is bomb. 10/10 highly recommend.“
