“We are visiting the Miramar Beach/Destin area for the first time, and came across Dunes Rolled Ice Cream when searching for ice cream. All I can say is “Wow”! This is delicious— made from scratch, rolled ice cream, with just cream and added ingredients. It is so fresh and delicious, and appropriately priced for a made-to-order, locally owned shop— the owner was literally rolling ice cream for us! (I have had the cherry blitz twice— so good!!) They have lots of other items, including scooped ice cream, boba, and even breakfast sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!“

I was so excited seeing that they had this shop so close to where we were staying and the only down side is I wish they would clean the store more often… We noticed many spills and stains not being cleaned after people left. “It’s expensive but it’s pretty yummy. $5.99 for an ice cream cone, $6.99 with a waffle cone that wasn’t warm. But you can taste free samples before buying and there are lots of caramels and chocolates to buy. The mall is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy your sweet treat! 🍦

“Tried a few cookies from Crumbl and they were pretty solid. The chocolate strawberry cheesecake was rich and sweet, with a nice balance of fruit and chocolate. The snickerdoodle skillet was warm and soft with that classic cinnamon sugar flavor—probably my favorite of the bunch. The double chocolate chip was super fudgy, almost like a brownie, and the cookies & cream tres leches was soft and creamy, though a bit on the sweeter side. Overall, a fun treat—definitely on the heavier side, but good to share.“

“if you want to get a cone and a scoop or two you can, but this isn't really the place for that. The milkshakes are much more than milkshakes, they are creations. Some complain that they cost too much, they should just go somewhere else. I thought it was worth it. It's like buying a car. Can a car really be worth $100,000? To the person who's going to buy it can.“

“*make sure you are not on a time schedule* The donuts are great and fresh. The breakfast sandwiches are huge. I would go again but only when we have time. There was only a few couples in front of us and we waited 10 min to order and 25 minutes for 3 donuts and two sandwiches. We were leaving town and on a schedule so we were frustrated with the timeline BUT everything tasted great!“

“I have a huge sweet tooth!! And coming from abroad I had big expectation for USA. I’ve visited 7 states so far and this is by far the best shake/custard I have had in a very long time. We visited Destin from Birmingham, AL a friend recommended this place so we had to take a look and it was incredible!!. The thick yet cookie like texture of the cookie peanut butter shake was out of this world!! My husband enjoyed the Oreo hot fudge shake even more. It’s a unique experience for a shake because you need a spoon to scoop it. The staff was very hospitable and extremely nice to my toddler. I am very sad that they don’t have a branch in Birmingham and would like to highly encourage managers to consider that!! Unfortunately we devoured it without taking a picture 😂 but thinking back it’s definitely worth a recommendation and a great review.“
