Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful - very clean property and very well maintained. Everything is at one place - beach, Golf great food restaurant. This would be great location for the engagement, wedding, family, friends, golf outing etc.

We’ve been coming to this resort for many years, it has everything that you could ask for. We’ve never been disappointed. Excellent service, pleasant staff members, delicious food, shuttle service, beautiful views from every room

This resort was just fabulous! Amber, took us on a resort tour and I was amazed how many accommodations it offered. Having the tram take you around was a HUGE help for us. We utilized the beach service daily and paid $45 for two chairs and umbrella. The water was breathtaking here with some jellyfish to look at. Room needed a little update but they are working on remodeling them all and adding additions. I would 100% stay here again.

Amazing resort and ammenities . The hotel was immaculate and the staff was courteous. The restaurants served a variety of food. So there’s something for everyone. Shuttle service to Baytowne Warf was a plus. The access to the beaches were unmatched.

Great place cant wait to return, ideal location, right outside of Destin, but beautiful white sugarery sand. Big rooms, balconies and spacious suites. Cant beat. Great breakfast and lots of pools and had 6 restaurants on site.

Very convenient set up, the beach is beautiful, the resort is beautiful. However, the staff hasn’t been the friendliest. If you want front row chairs at the beach, reserve days in advance or you won’t get it. Be advised, we had several groups set up camp in front us that weren’t hotel guests. When asked if this was allowed we were told “it’s discouraged but there’s really nothing we can do about it.” It’s an additional $30 a night to park and $60 for valet service. The beach chairs are also an additional cost at $45 a day. When you arrive, ask which tower you’re staying in or how to find your room because they won’t offer the information to you at check in.

With multiple pools and a dedicated stretch of white sand beach, it’s impossible to not relax! The rooms are huge with individual balconies and the conference area is well separated from the main resort spaces without having to walk a long distance.

We spent 4 days here during Labor Day week. Our first trip back since 2019. The property was as nice as ever. The beach view room that overlooked the pools was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. There is a room safe, a minifridge, and in room coffee maker. There is no complimentary lobby coffee. Self-parking is convenient and usually available close to the entrance. The fitness room was well maintained, and all the equipment seemed to work. The only issue we had was a non-working minifridge. After three calls to guest services, the first two were ignored, I finally reached the night manager, Crystal, who immediately had a replacement minifridge brought to the room that worked. She also compensated us with breakfast vouchers for our stay. It is obvious she takes the Hilton brand seriously. We cannot wait to return for another beach trip.

What a wonderful birthday experience! First trip to the 30A & accommodations at the lovely Hilton Sandestin Resort! I celebrated my birthday and one year being cancer-free with my family and so grateful!! My appreciation and recognition of the front desk hostess on Sept 22nd & Delia (Concierge) for exemplary customer service experience…loved the strawberries and champagne! Room and gulf view was simply breathtaking and beach setting was amazing - I’m a Fan!

This was my second time visiting the Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort. This property is well managed and maintained. Staff are friendly and professional. The property has all the amenities you need to be able to park your car and just relax. On-site restaurants, private beach, pools (indoor and outdoor), spa, fitness center, bar/lounge, coffee shop, etc. Private beach has umbrellas and chairs available for reservation. Water sports are available to rent a short walk down the beach, including access to an inflatable obstacle course in the water that my teenage children spent most of their time on. Will definitely stay at this property again when in the area. Cheers!

My daughter and I spent 7 days at this beautiful place. We truly loved the private beach. The staff on the beach did a great job of keeping people from other resorts from coming on the beach. We watched them making people leave who weren’t staying at the resort. Our room was very nice and housekeeping did a great job. Our lanai was great. It was next to the pools and next to the ocean. I was surprised that there wasn’t a lot of noise from the pool. We were placed in an “accessible” room which we didn’t need but a walk-in shower was nice. The only thing I would suggest would be to put a towel rod next to the shower especially if a handicap person is in the shower, they may not be able to bend over to get the towel off of the floor. Also the placement of the toilet paper holder is not in a convenient place for someone who isn’t very mobile to turn and get it. The only other thing would be to put in better outlets next to the bed and out chargers kept falling out of the outlet. We cannot wait to come back!!! Our girls trip was perfect!!! Thank you Hilton Sandestin!!!

This place is not what it used to be. I have tried to add in every extra ($$$) to make sure that we have the best experience and it just hasn’t happened. We paid for the beach service and even added in an additional set so we could have some extra space. We are on the 2nd row (which isn’t the problem) however this hotel is now allowing people who are not even guests to set up tents in between the 2nd and first rows. We brought it up to the attendees and they said that it is allowed. There is no point to book this service anymore with the hotel unless you have a guaranteed first row spot.

We spend our 4th of July here every year since 2017 except 2020. Every time we go everything is just excellent. Nice views, they go out of your way to accommodate your needs. Room was spacious The kids had their own area at the. jr suite

Hotel location is situated right on the beach and near a lot of restaurants which is very positive. Some of the rooms are a little dated and need to be thoroughly clean. Upon arrival, our toilet was filthy at the top. Bed and pillow were not comfortable as there was little to know cushion and bed felt lumpy. Not worth the nightly rate.

This was our 2nd experience at Hilton Sandestin. We returned because the first was good as well. The firework show for the 4th was AMAZING! We truly enjoy staying and hope to return for another family vacation.
