The staff were beyond pleasant and listened to every request. This is truly AUTHENTIC Caribbean food, seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Food was delicious the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was very chill great place to have lunch

Bamboo Loft Restaurant & Lounge never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, inviting, and comfortable, with perfect music selection and a well-balanced mix during karaoke night. The management, staff, and servers are always friendly, attentive, and efficient, making guests feel genuinely welcome. The host does a wonderful job engaging the crowd, and the strong karaoke participation adds to the fun. The drinks are excellent, and the bathrooms are super clean and well-maintained.
The menu selections are delicious and amazing. The Curry Shrimp is authentic, the Escovitch Snapper and Jerk Chicken are fresh and delicious, and the Sweet chilli wings and fries combo are Fire. The jerk wings are excellent and presented very professional. Everything stays hot until getting home. The customer service is great, the environment is great, and it is very clean. This is great authentic Jamaican food and a new favorite spot to get food and drinks. Highly recommended.
