Wasn’t too busy during the early afternoon and the customer service, food & vibes was awesome 🙌🏾 The staff Mariana, Maria, Lolita and Iriana were all amazing, super friendly, welcomed me with such hospitality. “Absolutely delicious ? we ordered from here today for the first time via ubereats. We had the roasted chicken plate with cilantro jasmine rice, mango salmon bowl with quinoa, and a beef empanada..
Everything was delicious, all the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The beef empanada was good, fresh, but lacked flavor, the sauce that came with it made it better. I am also in love with the apple cider vinaigrette dressing is to die for. I will say even the bag the food came in was nice ?
We will definitely order from here again and will probably go for an in restaurant experience.“

“I work 2 blocks away and I’ve been having at least 3 or 4 lunch per week from this place.

First, the staff is extremely friendly, always a smile, when I come they know my name and they take care of any needs…

Second, Food is incredibly fresh, compared to others, they are always inventing and bringing new plates, offers, rewards, etc… which most places won’t change a plate for at least a year. They introduced milanesas, ciabattas, coffee, and more…

Third, favorite dishes Mario Bowl is a must! Mahi Mahi platter is extremely good, and also the crispy chicken…. Banana bread is good too and soups also.

Overall, the place is great, food is excellent, and staff is amazing!“

“This place is absolutely AMAZING. I would give it more Stars if I could. I have celiac with a gluten allergy which they were able to accommodate very well while the other 2 with me have no restrictions. This was one of the freshest most flavorful meals I have had. I had the ceviche trio which was absolutely delicious. The salad with it was yummy and I will definitely have more. Others with me has the cauliflower pizza and the omelet which were equally remarkable. For dessert we shared an açaí bowl which again could not have been any better.

The service was very attentive and our server answered all questions.

“Went to Nautical bowls today for the first time because my son saw the menu and look amazing and we were not disappointed. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) “I stumbled upon this little gem while running errands when stopping for a meal was just not feasible. Googled healthy places near by and the Pines Protein Bar popped up and all I can say is, I am so happy it did. Considering this place is located inside the back of a small little barbershop, it truly is a little hole in the wall. Not only is the atmosphere gorgeous and the attention wonderful, but the shakes are absolutely delicious!! Must try!!“

“Pembroke Pines, FL. Great cortadito!!! Good turkey egg white omelette, pressed ham and cheese croissant, and latte with 2%. The wheat toast with the omelette was artisanal. Steve hates seeds in his bread but he loved this toast and ate it all (on top of his croissant sandwich lol).

Sweet, detail-oriented service from our bilingual server. She spoke respectful Spanish with a neighborhood granny that came in.

The music was not too loud so we could eat breakfast in peace but you could hear a good mix of popular Latin hits.

And side streets of Northeast 8th Avenue. No back to the venerable. Disability parking is not available. No restrooms. Prices are reasonable. But on the expensive side.“
