“I am new to town and Groove Nutrition immediately became my FAVORITE place in Monticello. The customer service is amazing. Chyanna & Amber are so personable and sweet and have made me feel very welcomed. The teas are refreshing & delicious and give you just the right amount of boost - I can’t go a day without. The protein shakes are so smooth & creamy, they make you think you’re drinking a milkshake. My husband was skeptical but after his first sip he was hooked! My recommendations are the Señorita Lit Tea & the Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake. 10/10 🤩”

“I had not stopped at Subway in Monticello for many years, but I wanted a sub yesterday. Walked into a clean restaurant, smiling employees and fresh looking vegetables. I ordered the American Club I believe. The one with bacon. She fixed the sandwich just like I asked, got home and it was sooo good! I'm glad I gave them another shot after seeing some recent positive reviews. I will definitely go back and order that specific sandwich.”

“Been several times. Mostly I get food to go, which is always fresh, hot, and timely. But have eaten inside a couple of times and the service is wonderful. Would recommend.”

“Locally owned. I've always had a wonderful experience every time I'm walking in the doors here. You leave feeling part of their family. Want lunch? They got it! Heaping portions from the hot bar at a low price! Can't beat it. Or go for their signature burger, The Smokehouse Burger.”

“I ate from here yesterday, February 14, 2023. Let me tell y'all, the other reviews are spot on! I had chicken strips, greens and rice & bean's. I even ate the roll. Well worth every penny. Oh and had sweet tea on a previous visit that was well made with a grilled pork chop. I can't remember the sides, but it was really good too. I will be back for sure!”

“Always a fun and pleasant experience. Jason always makes me a random drink to try knowing what types I like as I am not afraid to branch out to try new things. Last visit was right before Thanksgiving when I had to head back home to ATL from my parent’s house. Head Heifer in Charge (Ashley) made me a killer pumpkin white chocolate combo. I savored it on the drive for as long as I could, lol. Worth a stop in and sign up for their rewards. Can’t find a better family or coffee shop!!

“Tried the brunch here at 350° and it was amazing! Fresh, beautifully plated and nice, filling portions. 🤤 we had the pancakes with bacon and eggs and the breakfast bowl with sausage, eggs and cheese. Soooo good!”

“Arctic Scoop is our go to when we have a sweet tooth. It’s the best ice cream ever with a great variety of choices! Also, Mia has the best cakes too! The only thing better than the sweet treats is when we get to see Mia there! She is always so joyful and it’s contagious!”
