I ordered and picked up on March 7th of this year a 4th of a cow his roughly 1070 also picked up the other things while in there it wasn't real organized as far as where to go and pick up the meat and then when I get around there there's a bunch of young people sitting out back and they let one older man load it really didn't examine it due to all the good reviews, had a friend with me that needed to back home get. Great 99 year old meat market with an attached restaurant. I bought three flavors of fresh pork sausage and hickory smoked bacon sliced in front of me! Haven’t cooked any yet, but this shop came highly recommend! Florida Man Approved!
