“Very nice e friendly spot in middle of nowhere peaceful and a great environment. ?using beer and wine coolers. I really liked it. Stopped in on my way through to drink a coke and charge phone the bar keep was extremely nice to me. Thanks for allowing me to charge my phone on my 1100 mile trip I'd not finished without a GPS and Google maps“

“Had a wonderful night after being recommended to the silver moon by Dori at Thirsty Turtle. Didn’t catch the bartenders name that night but she’s a sweetheart from Kent with the most beautiful hair and said ‘BEEP BEEP HONK HONK’ a few times. Great place to spend a Tuesday night. The bar back was great too! Last but absolutely not the least there’s not only an honest crowd but also honest staff. I left my pocketbook/purse with over $100 in it there and didn’t even notice til 6pm the next day. I called and immediately they said yes, it’s safe in the office; I went and picked it up and all my cash was still in the bag too! Safe to say, I’ll be back any time in in town for some karaoke and good drinks!Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp to the front door that isn’t too steep and the door seal is reasonable to roll across too.“

“We decided to stop here on our way home from Gainesville to Crystal River. Initially, I was disappointed to see that it was only a beer and wine bar. It was a smoking bar and didn't smell any smoke in there!! That place was extremely immaculate and the bartender, Dee, was phenomenal!!! She was very friendly. There was no dust anywhere...ceiling fans, a/c vents, behind the bar, door frames, or tops of pictures. Yes, I have OCD and had to inspect when I used the cleanest bathrooms I ever used. I was extremely impressed!! If I could give 10 stars, I totally would... they even had hand sanitizer on the tables!!!“
