The manager Jason A. is my favorite its always a memorable one. He is so kind to consider and he remembers his guest names. His staff is always and his burgers are always tasting the best when he's here.
The food tasted good. The issue was the execution. Normally the burgers are super hot and put together well (even the lettuce wraps). This time the regular burgers had almost none of the requested sauce and the lettuce wraps had too much. The wraps were also super wilted and the meat was not hot.
