The store is very clean and staff are always kind. I see them deal with rude customers and remain respectful. That’s the type of people the fast food service needs

KFC is a spotlessly clean restaurant with friendly and well-positioned staff. The food is wonderfully fresh, well-done, and juicy, with great-tasting chicken. Staff members like Estrella and Lynn are noted for their professionalism, working well under pressure and always smiling. The manager Chris also receives praise for ensuring food is ready for customers, especially those using DoorDash. Despite this positive feedback, some customers have experienced delays in food preparation, with orders taking longer than expected. Additionally, there have been issues where the wrong items, like regular chicken instead of Nashville Hot, were received, indicating that there may be room for improvement in order accuracy.
