Went to drive- through today. Apparently, asking a perfectly sensible question was just too much. Seems employee was just waiting for her chance to give a completely uncalled for, sarcastic answer. Oh, & BTW, what ever happened to saying thank you to a paying customer?
Jose is the best. He took a bad situation that was not his or the staff's fault and through quality caring customer service made everything much better. I really appreciate it Jose. I will eat here as long as I know Jose is there to keep the standards high and quality of customer customer service unmatched locally. KFC guys like Jose are gonna keep you on the Map. Pay the Man.
