Good food I love the ribs
I've eaten here for at least 17 years now. Pork sandwich with hot mustard and rib doggs with mild mustard just never miss.
I've had oxtail, liver and onion, chopped beef, shrimp, ribs, fish, and sweet potato pie here over the years and I've only ever had good things to say.

CARTER'S BAR-B-QUE is a fantastic BBQ spot with delicious ribs, wings, collards, and sweet tea. The ribs are hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The Carolina mustard sauce is a must-try. Customers have praised the excellent food, including the Chopped Pork Sandwich, which is well-seasoned and served hot. The chicken sandwich also receives great taste reviews. The restaurant has a drive-up window and a few outdoor tables, perfect for those who want to sit outside and relax. While there is no indoor seating, the friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant experience. Guests can even buy their sauce to take home. CARTER'S BAR-B-QUE is a great place to get top-notch food. They have great thin end ribs, like a crispy almost jerky like texture to the bark while also tender meat. The spicy mustard bbq sauce is excellent and the sides are decent. They are a great Florida bbq location that has been around for years. It looks like they are finishing up a dining room area which will be a nice addition as there is only minimal outside seating. Their rib tips are so divine. Ox tails and rice and the gravy was absolutely on point. Collards were phenomenal took me back to my granny's table. Coleslaw was pretty good. Diffrent but good. Cornbread.....i hate cornbread but I gave it a shot and mannn ayyy I'll eat this corn bread. Staff very friendly and playful funny and that is exactly counts for me.
