It took about 20 minutes to get my food. The manager stayed in the office and gave the employees no help. The lady at the window talking orders said she needed to use the restroom and after about 15 minutes she announced she was going to the restroom and she told them about 15 minutes ago and no one came to relieve her. Everyone in the restaurant heard her announcement and when she came back from the bathroom the manager sent her home. It was not a good day for them.
Food is good. Service isn't that great. Employee taking money wouldn't take my card, had to get out of drive thru and go inside to pay. She just stood there staring. This is the second time I've had to leave my car and go inside. Drive thru isn't that great.

The food wasn't fresh. The fries must have been out for a minute. The fish and shrimp was good for fast food. They have been out of cocktail sauce for month vendor related I assume, I understand. However, overall 4 star kind of 3 starish visit.
