McDonalds (anywhere nowadays) has terrible customer service! They are so focused on the extremely busy drive-thru's. You can't order at the counter, you have to use a kiosk and if you need anything, you have to flag down a worker from the kitchen. I hate it now.

I never really had an issue with this location. But I would like to point out the customer service.
I was having car issues while having my children with me. While waiting for my husband to show up, I came inside for the AC but also to get the kids a little something while we waited. Melissa is so awesome. Always strives to make people feel welcomed with a smile and very efficient. The only time I see her stop is if she is in back office. Not many individuals strive to give the kind of service and work ethic she does. She is the reason I keep coming back. Thank you for awesome service, with a smile and great attitude.
