Great food, interesting menu. We had the mixed greens with fruit (super-yummy dried strawberries) and the chicken, goat cheese and sun-dried tomato panini. Upon arrival - you order (and pay) at the counter and they bring you the food. That seemed fine - but no service. No checking for satisfaction or offer of refills. The experience mimicked Panera - which is fine. We were expecting the service Nordstrom is known for and we were certainly charged Nordstrom prices.

This is a classy contemporary, Lunch to Dinner Classic in-house Bistro much like the the Great Department Stores of the Past. Marshall Fields, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Burdines etc they all had these wonderful restaurants to collect your thoughts and mull over purchases or just have food fun while shopping. Low key with excellent food and service Nordstrom has created that feel and quality that recalls that era. This was my first visit to Cafe Bistro and I absolutely loved it. I was greeted promptly by Kassandra, and received my food in a very timely manner. Will deffinetly be returning soon!
