“Been a few years since I visited a Pollo Tropical restaurant and today was a decent experience.

They got rid of the dipping sauce bar and self serve drinks. Now you have to ask for sauce and drink refills.

The chicken was good, but not fresh off the grill which is much better. All in all not a bad meal for $9. The nice part for me was that the place was empty which meant no line and my choice of tables to sit at.“
